SIL – Supported independent living

Supported independent living options that provide our clients with the kind of care they deserve. Empowering our clients to live more independently in a safe, supported home environment tailored to their unique needs.

DIS – Disability individual support

Drop-in support provides flexible, tailored assistance at home or in the community. Staff visit at scheduled times to provide help when needed, without being present 24/7.

MTA – Medium term accommodation

Medium term accommodation is temporary housing funded by the NDIS for people waiting to move into a long-term home. It provides a safe, supportive environment during times of transition.

In-home support

In-home support assists participants to live independently and safely in their own homes while receiving the support they need to maintain their daily routines.

Community support

Community support helps participants stay connected and active outside the home. Our staff provide the right level of support to safely access the community and build confidence.

Respite

Respite provides participants with a safe and supportive place to stay while giving families and carers time to rest and recharge. Respite stays can be as short as a few hours or extend to several days or weeks, depending on individual needs.

STA – Short term accommodation

Short term accommodation provides temporary housing and support that gives participants a chance to experience new environments, build independence, and enjoy structured support while families or carers take a break.

Post incarceration support

This service supports participants with disability who are transitioning from custody back into the community. It focuses on rebuilding life with dignity, stability, and independence.

Discharge services

This service ensures participants have a smooth, safe, and supported transition from hospital back to their home or into another care setting.
